Masak(FIU) General Communiqué No.5

PayPorter Payment Services and Electronic Money Inc. is a licensed institution operating under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.
As of September 30, 2024, regulatory changes have been introduced in accordance with updates to the General Communiqué No. 5 published by MASAK (FIU). These changes require updates to onboarding methods and the information provided by electronic wallet users.
What Does This Mean for You?
To comply with the new regulation, the first financial transaction in your wallet account must originate from a bank account registered in your name. This ensures the security and authenticity of your transactions.
Next Steps to Unlock Your kuikpara Wallet
Your financial transactions with your Kuikpara wallet have been temporarily restricted. To continue using your wallet seamlessly:
- Transfer at least 10 TL from a domestic bank account registered in your name to your kuikpara wallet account.
- Once this transfer is completed, all wallet functionalities will be reactivated, allowing you to resume secure and uninterrupted transactions.
